Cancellation Policy

Must be paid in full at the time of order. You will receive all rental items clean and ready for use. Additional charges, up to $200, will be assessed for cleaning equipment returned dirty. If canceled 7 days prior to date of rental, 100% of money paid will be refunded (minus $20 processing fee). If canceled less than 3 days of rental date 50 % of payment will be refunded and money may be used for a future rental. If it is determined by Lessor that payment has not been received or that Lessor’s equipment is not being operated safely and in accordance with the terms of this agreement, then unit will be picked up before time arranged, and all equipment is immediately due to be returned to Lessor. WEATHER POLICY: Jerri’s Balloons and Inflatables LLC is not responsible for acts of God such as rain, snow, ice or inclement weather. Lessee has 48 hours prior to rental date to cancel unit rented. Cancellation of unit after 48 hour window will result in loss of 50% of rental agreement. No rain checks are available for wet weekend forecast, but Lessee has the option to reschedule rental date without any loss being incurred. If Lessee reschedules unit due to inclement weather there is no option for cancellation.
